We ship Australia-wide from Sydney. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your state and order subtotal.

Orders with a subtotal of $500 or more ship via the bulky / freight rate — our boats and larger items need specialist carriers.
Delivery times
- East Coast Metro: typically 2–5 business days
- West & Remote: typically 5–10 business days
Bulky / freight deliveries are booked with the carrier after checkout; we'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a fulfilment email with your tracking number and carrier.
Returns
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost.
- Faulty or damaged items are repaired, replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law — contact us first and we'll sort it out.
